Managing Your Account
Learn how to manage your BillManager account settings.
Account Access
Most account management is available from the header buttons (Admin, Billing) for account owners/admins.
Profile Information
Update your account details:
- Email address
- Display name
Password
If your account is configured to require a password change, BillManager will prompt you with a Change Password dialog after signing in.
- Minimum 8 characters
- Mix of letters and numbers recommended
- Avoid common passwords
Subscription Management
Viewing Your Plan
See your current subscription:
- Click Billing in the header
- View current plan and status
Upgrading
To upgrade your plan:
- Go to Billing settings
- Click "Upgrade"
- Select new plan
- Complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrading
To downgrade:
- Go to Billing settings
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select lower tier
- Confirm change
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Usage Tracking
Monitor your usage against plan limits:

When approaching limits, you'll see warnings in the interface.
Data Management
Exporting Your Data
Download all your data:
- Click Billing in the header
- Click "Export Data" (if enabled for your plan)
- Choose format (CSV or PDF)
- Download file
Account Deletion
To delete your account:
- Go to Admin Panel → Security
- In the Danger Zone, click Delete Account
- If your account has a password set, confirm by entering your password
- If your account is OAuth-only (no password), confirm the deletion prompt
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if needed.

Session Management
View and manage active sessions:
- See devices where you're logged in
- Log out from specific devices
- Log out from all devices
Two-Factor Authentication
