Canceling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click "Billing"
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
  • You won't be charged again
  • After the period ends, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan

Keeping Your Data

When downgraded to Free:

  • All your bills and payment history are preserved
  • If over Free tier limits, you can view but not add new items
  • Upgrade anytime to regain full access

Refund Policy

Requesting a Refund

We offer refunds in these situations:

  • Within 7 days of initial subscription
  • Technical issues preventing use of the service
  • Billing errors (double charges, wrong amount)

How to Request

Contact us with:

  • Your account email
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction date

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within:

  • 3-5 business days for credit cards
  • 5-10 business days for other payment methods

Pausing Your Subscription

Currently, we don't offer pause functionality. Alternatives:

  1. Cancel and re-subscribe - Your data is preserved
  2. Downgrade to Free - Keep basic access

After Cancellation

Accessing Your Data

Even on the Free plan:

  • All historical data is preserved
  • You can export your bills and payments
  • View (but not add) items if over limits

Re-subscribing

To re-subscribe:

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Select a plan
  3. Complete payment
  4. Full access restored immediately

No data is lost between subscriptions.
