Canceling Your Subscription
How to Cancel
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Billing"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
- You won't be charged again
- After the period ends, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan
Keeping Your Data
When downgraded to Free:
- All your bills and payment history are preserved
- If over Free tier limits, you can view but not add new items
- Upgrade anytime to regain full access
Refund Policy
Requesting a Refund
We offer refunds in these situations:
- Within 7 days of initial subscription
- Technical issues preventing use of the service
- Billing errors (double charges, wrong amount)
How to Request
Contact us with:
- Your account email
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction date
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within:
- 3-5 business days for credit cards
- 5-10 business days for other payment methods
Pausing Your Subscription
Currently, we don't offer pause functionality. Alternatives:
- Cancel and re-subscribe - Your data is preserved
- Downgrade to Free - Keep basic access
After Cancellation
Accessing Your Data
Even on the Free plan:
- All historical data is preserved
- You can export your bills and payments
- View (but not add) items if over limits
Re-subscribing
To re-subscribe:
- Go to Billing settings
- Select a plan
- Complete payment
- Full access restored immediately
No data is lost between subscriptions.
